At Your Door DNA is committed to providing reliable, efficient, and professional mobile DNA testing services. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our policy below:
Refunds
· All sales are final once a DNA test has been performed or once kits/supplies have been shipped.
· Refunds are available if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
· No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, though rescheduling may be possible.
· If a recollection is required and a participant is unwilling or unable to participate, no refund will be issued. However, the appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Cancellation Fees
· Appointments canceled 24+ hours in advance incur no fee.
· Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative service fee to help cover time and travel preparation.
Rescheduling
· You may reschedule an appointment at no cost if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
· Rescheduling within 24 hours is allowed once as a courtesy. Further changes may incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
· We’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs.
No-Shows
· If no one is available at the scheduled location and time, and we are unable to reach you within 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
· No refunds are issued for no-shows, but you may reschedule for a $50 rebooking fee, subject to availability.
