Frequently Asked Questions

What is mobile DNA testing?
Mobile DNA testing means we come to you. Our team collects your DNA samples at your home, workplace, or any private location you choose. It’s just as accurate as clinic testing but offers more privacy and convenience.

Our mobile DNA testing service is designed for your comfort and convenience, utilizing non-invasive, painless cheek (buccal) swabs. An experienced and trained sample collector will handle the sample collection, ensuring a gentle and efficient process. You have the flexibility to choose the time and place for your sample collection, whether that’s at your home, office, hospital, or another convenient location. Once collected, these samples are processed by an AABB-accredited laboratory, assuring quality and reliability in the results. For legal DNA tests, our collectors follow strict chain-of-custody procedures to maintain the integrity and validity of your sample.

Scheduling is easy. Fill out the contact form on our website or give us a call. You choose the date, time, and location that work best for you.

No, while buccal swabs may contain bacteria or food particles, the DNA tests are specifically designed to target human DNA. The presence of DNA from bacteria, food, or other organisms does not interfere with the accuracy of the testing.
No, there are no age limits on paternity testing. With the advent of DNA technology, paternity can now be determined at any age. DNA samples can be collected using umbilical cord blood at birth or non-invasive buccal swabs, making testing feasible soon after birth. Prior to DNA advancements, paternity testing relied on analyzing Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA), which is only found in blood, and required the child to be at least six months old.
